Informed Decisions LLC runs Informed Decisions and its membership, Secondary SEL and Advisory Simplified (SSAS). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Informed Decisions LLC. “You” means the person who buys or uses a membership.
Questions? Email Leslie@informeddecisionsedu.com.
A membership gives you access to Secondary SEL and Advisory Simplified (SSAS) for as long as your membership is active: the video trainings, reflection guides and resources in the member area, the live coaching calls and the members’ community.
We may add, update or remove trainings and resources over time.
When you complete all of the trainings, you receive a professional development certificate that shows the training hours. Your district or state decides whether those hours count toward your requirements, so check with them first.
You must be 18 or older to buy a membership.
One membership is for one educator. Keep your login private. Do not share it.

You may not:
A school or team that wants access for more than one educator needs one membership per educator.
A membership renews on its own every 3 months or every year, depending on the plan you pick, until you cancel.
The price and how often you are billed are shown at checkout before you pay.
We charge the payment method you gave at checkout at the start of each billing period.
One-time add-ons, like the SEL Organization Forms Toolkit, are yours to keep.
You can cancel anytime. Log in, open your account settings and cancel there, or email us and we will do it for you.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the time you already paid for. You are not charged again.
The trainings and resources are digital and you can open them right away, so payments are not refunded. That includes partial or prorated refunds when you cancel partway through a billing period. If something went wrong with your order, email Leslie@informeddecisionsedu.com and we will make it right.
We may change the price for new members at any time.
If we change the price you pay, we will email you before your next payment so you can decide to stay or cancel.
If you cancel and join again later, you pay the price at that time. Earlier discounts and special offers do not carry over.
Everything in the member area belongs to Informed Decisions LLC and is protected by copyright law. Your membership lets you use the trainings and resources. It does not make you the owner of them.
We work hard to make every training and resource correct and useful. We give them to you as they are.
The trainings are professional learning for educators. They are not mental health treatment or advice about any one student. Follow your school’s and district’s policies before you use these ideas.
We cannot promise any result for you or your students.
As far as the law allows, the most we can owe you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may end a membership that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a login or posting the files in public.
These terms follow the laws of the State of New York, USA.
We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. If a change is big, we will email our members.
Schools and districts can pay by purchase order. Email Leslie@informeddecisionsedu.com for a quote.
A membership paid by purchase order starts on the day we receive the purchase order and runs for one year. We send a renewal invoice around the tenth month.
If we have not received a new purchase order or payment by the end of the twelfth month, the membership ends. To come back later, you pay the renewal price at that time, and any earlier discount no longer applies.
Be kind and stay on topic. Do not post ads or sales pitches, anything hurtful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Do not post student names or any other student information.
When you share a lesson plan or resource in the community, you confirm it is your own work, and other members may use and adapt it for their own classes.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you let us show it to other members and keep it in the community, and you let us quote it without your name, for example “a high school counselor shared…”. We ask you first before we use your name or photo with anything you posted, on our website, in emails or in other marketing.
We may remove posts, or remove a member from the community, when these rules are broken.
